What We’re Doing About It
Medication is not the answer
The current non-medicinal gold standard for treatment of insomnia is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and has been shown to be as effective as sleep medicines with fewer risks. CBT-I is a short, highly structured treatment which focuses on specific cognitive and behavioral strategies in order to improve sleep quality. Its techniques have been shown to provide superior outcomes to medication in the long term.
We made the gold standard even better
Better Sleep has taken the existing protocols and added Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness strategies to help magnify the benefits of CBT-I. We also believe that our clients will be able to leverage the mindfulness and willingness skills to not only sleep better but to live better!


How it works
Our Program
Our proprietary program is delivered through 8 hours of live coaching, spread over 8 weekly sessions. Coaching is conducted virtually either one-on-one or in group sessions.
Always the right fit
Our programs have been customized by patient type so that each program will be tailored to the particular demographic of the participants. Currently, we are focusing on those populations that are considered "high risk" for insomnia. We have developed protocols for individuals suffering from "coronosomnia" as well as the elderly, new and expectant mothers, college students, military veterans, and women experiencing menopause.
